The hotel appeared to be very comfortable and met our expectation. In general the place looked clean and smart, the staff were very friendly. Rooms were situated around a patio garden, so it was always fresh in the room. The bathroom had a good shower and plenty of hot water. There were a lot of nice places you could have good and cheap breakfast around. The area wasn’t touristy but we liked it.
The American continental breakfast wasn’t included and was very expensive.

The double room I had was bigger than the room I had had in Paris before. The bathroom was big and clean and contained all the necessary products and a decent shower. There was a mini kitchen area and TV in the room. There also were all the necessary pieces of furniture including a very nice bed and a coffee table. There were some nice grocery shops around and a nice super market. The area had a couple of good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Just as we arrived we found ourselves in a bright modern hall and were met by very nice English-speaking staff. The room appeared to be a pleasant surprise for us – with two comfortable beds, kitchen area and a nice clean bathroom. The location was close to public transportation and with a lot of eating options in the neighborhood.

The included breakfast was fresh and well cooked.
We tried several rooms there and all of them were awful: dark, small and uncomfortable. The staff were indifferent and aloof and spoke very little English.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room we had was a decent size, the bathroom was clean and there was a good shower there. A fridge in the room was very convenient to store some drinks. The courtyard garden was just lovely. We didn’t try the breakfast but it did look nice. There was a decent restaurant just around the corner. The area was very peaceful and safe; the nearest metro station was Nation. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Ease of connection to Internet. In room entertainment. Relaxing courtyard.

Lack of effective airconditioning in room. Needed to pay the total value of stay upfront. Should be able to accept a deposit for the stay.

Extremely incompetent and unfriendly staff. Very noisy room (fridge humming and a loud tone beeping 24 hours per day).

It was busy day in Paris and hotels were difficult to get by. I just wanted a place to sleep and this hotel did provide me with a bed and a bathroom.

It's a pretty basic hotel. Don't expect anything fancy. For Paris it is ok though.

Nice room + bathroom, clean and new; free wifi; nice view to a little inner garden. Mini-kitchen, we did not use it, but still - impressing.

We left keys (entrance cards) at the reception. When we got back before midnight noone was there; so we took keye ourselves... meaning anyone passing by could have take them with room number labelled.

At thé end of our stay thé staff billed breakfast even of we've never taken il ! Theo even dared to présent à paper with m'y own signature andré confessed they were sorry when they realized it was scansalous

We booked a junior suite in order to have enough space for 2 adults and an energetic 5-year old. The room was huge, larger than many Paris apartments! It could easily sleep 4 people using both bunk beds (plus the king bed). The location is outside the main tourist areas but very convenient to the metro and in a nice, diverse neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean room. Proximity to Metro (Nation station).

Absolutely not worth the money. This is a best western, after all, and the price is exorbitant. The staff was marginally friendly as though you are doing them a favor for staying there. The fact that the breakfast was an additional $36 Euro for two people beyond the outrageous price, should disqualify them from hosting anyone. Do not stay here and do not waste your money unless money is "no object" to you.

Although the outside of the hotel (from street view) was unimpressive, the interior courtyard and other architectural features were a visual joy. My room decor was exvcellent, with all the features (including WiFi) that I needed. The bed linen was high quality, and the bed very comfortable.

I did not have beakfast at the hotel, since I considered the price (18 euros) to be excessive. Local cafes provided a very good french breakfast for less than half that price.

Labyrinthine access to some rooms. Unconfortable on rainy days.
